Our pineapple tarts (or Nastar, as I've always known them) are handcrafted one by one into buttery, crumbly, melt in the mouth golden balls of deliciousness. These are then cut and folded into an all natural salted caramel ice cream base. The combination of pineapple jam, buttery biscuit and salted caramel is perfect, balanced and so darn good!
