Coconut Pulut Hitam

This ice cream is inspired by the classic 'Pulut Hitam' dessert consisting of black glutinous rice, coconut milk and sweetened with gula melaka (palm sugar). This is combined with a pandan infused coconut cream base resulting in a heavenly ice cream!
