Onde Onde

Onde Onde refers to a pandan infused sticky rice ball filled with liquid gula melaka (palm sugar) and rolled in shredded coconut. Our Onde Onde ice cream reflects our interpretation of this dessert. We use fresh pandan to create an all natural base before adding swirls of gula melaka caramel fudge throughout. The final touch is the addition of coconut flakes throughout resulting in a heavenly ice cream!
